Product Support Analyst

Acting as a liaison between clients and the company, the full-time remote Product Support Analyst will facilitate the delivery and implementation of software, validate and route software defects, and provide training to clients and internal team members. Key responsibilities: Document specifications and create user guides, release notes, and configurations Conduct training sessions for clients and internal staff, both on-site and through virtual delivery Test applications and validate findings related to project and support activities Required qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with one year of related experience 2-4 years of relevant experience, typically at an Analyst level role Proficiency in internet browser software and Microsoft Office suite Ability to read and interpret XML Strong customer service skills and business acumen
