PACT Charter School, a Minnesota K-12 public charter school, is now accepting applications for the 2026/2027 school year. Position: District Mtss Coordinator Salary: $41,000-$90,568 Position Summary: The Mtss Coordinator provides districtwide leadership for the implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of the Minnesota Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MnMtss). This position works collaboratively with district and building administrators, teachers, interventionists, school psychologists, counselors, and support staff to ensure equitable access to academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support for all students. The Mtss Coordinator leads the development and implementation of evidence-based practices, data-driven decision-making systems, and intervention processes that improve student achievement and outcomes. The position supports the alignment of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and intervention practices across all tiers of support while ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements. The PACT Secondary campus is located at 7729 161st Ave NW between Central Park in Ramsey and the St. Katharine Drexel Church property. Many parks and an extensive trail system are readily accessible and connected by a network of trails that link The COR to the regional parks and trail system.
