Join a leading manufacturer of truck lighting components, including headlights, tail lights, running lights, and wire harnesses used in commercial and military vehicles. We are hiring General Production Workers to support assembly and warehouse operations. No experience is required; paid training is provided.

• Assemble wire harnesses and lighting components
• Read tape measures and follow work instructions
• Cut, splice, and connect wires to specifications
• Test products to ensure quality standards are met
• Use RF scanners to pick and process orders
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

This position is located in a clean manufacturing and warehouse facility. Employees may work in assembly or warehouse operations and use equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and hand tools. Casual dress code (jeans, t-shirt, and closed-toe shoes) is permitted.

1st Shift: 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM start time

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM or 3:30 PM start time

Every other Saturday may be required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wellsboro, PA.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
