Responsibilities Develop Salesforce technology solutions for large organizations Analyze intricate problems to provide practical solutions Mentor and guide junior team members Maintain rigorous standards in deliverables Build and nurture client relationships Enhance understanding of business contexts and client needs Navigate complex scenarios to achieve project goals Enhance personal brand and technical proficiency What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience Salesforce.com Administrator Certification, and/or Salesforce.com Developer Certification, Salesforce.com Sales/Service Consultant Certification What Sets You Apart Bachelor’s Degree in Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems preferred Demonstrating experience with system application implementations Experience in Health Services sector preferred Having experience in a fast‑paced Agile environment Utilizing third party integrations and functionality Producing deliverables in a diverse, fast paced environment Agile, SCRUM, SAFe preferred The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
