Shipping and Receiving Clerk II

Warehouse Position Pay Range: $14.00hr - $19.00hr Requirements/Must Have: Two years of warehouse experience. Experience with shipping software and label printing. Knowledge of item recognition and counting. Knowledge of proper packaging techniques. Knowledge of safe lifting and cutting practices. Ability to comply with work instructions and corporate policies including safety and material management. Responsibilities: Perform tasks associated with receiving, pick, pack, and shipping operations. Execute receiving, pallet, and box breakdown using cutting tools. Perform material put away into storage or flow racks. Build boxes and initiate orders on the production line. Conduct pre-packaging, counting, and material transfers. Perform physical inventory, item picking, and proper placement. Pack items using air pillows and tape guns. Handle shipping, affixing labels, and pallet preparation. Load trucks and fill or confirm orders. Perform offline filling of orders and labeling. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely. Maintain general cleanup of the work area. Work and communicate effectively in a team environment. Skills: Warehouse Operations. Shipping Software. Label Printing. Inventory Counting. Packaging. Physical Requirements (Due to nature of job, the candidate must have): Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to move and lift materials.
