Job Description : Navier is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer with a strong hands-on experience to join our fast paced and innovative team. The successful candidate will own a major system in our next production vessel and contribute to making the N30 the most reliable and successful electric boat. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development and implementation of a cross disciplinary system. Own the complete production implementation including procurement, design testing and validation, quality control, and operator training. Create robust and accurate drawings and models for production using SolidWorks. Design for the correct manufacturing process including machining, composites, injection molding, bending, etc along with choosing a suitable surface finish or coating. Required Experience & Skills: Degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced environment Meticulous attention to detail to ensure designs are safe, efficient, and meet regulatory standards. Experience with quality control and a production environment.
