Job Summary CommunityCare Kistler, an FQHC lookalike model affiliated with Geisinger, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their family medicine team. Job Duties The Advanced Practitioner must treat all ages, from birth to geriatric. They will also support the NHSC Loan Repayment Program, up to $75,000 over two years, and a $10k recruitment incentive.
