What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and growing a regional sales team
- Working a personal book of business alongside managing others
- Recruiting and onboarding new agents under your leadership
- Running virtual sales meetings and presenting customized solutions
- Mentoring your team the way someone mentored you
What You'll Earn:
- $90,000–$120,000 average, with no ceiling
- Top managers earn $150K+, with growth bonuses and residual income
- Override income on team production — you earn when your team earns
- Leads provided across your entire region
