Hours: 2025 hours/week | Flexible weekday daytime schedule

About the Role: We are a locally owned window cleaning company focused on building long-term relationships with commercial clients throughout the Eastside. We're looking for an outgoing, self-motivated person to help us grow our commercial customer base. This is a field-based sales role you'll spend most of your time out in the community meeting local business owners and managers, identifying opportunities, generating quotes, and building a pipeline of recurring commercial accounts. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, talking to people, and seeing measurable results from their efforts.

What You'll Do:

• Prospect local businesses in targeted areas, including retail, office and commercial properties
• Introduce our services and connect with owners, managers and other decision-makers
• Identify service opportunities and generate quotes, often while you're on-site
• Follow up on leads and open opportunities by phone, text and email
• Track sales activity, quotes and results
• Build customer density within targeted areas to support efficient service routes
• Coordinate with our operations team as new customers come onboard

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
