Responsibilities Manage project-level accounting including budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting Understanding of different Contract Types Assist with month-end close processes Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate cost allocation Support audits and compliance requirements related to construction contracts and lien waivers Process and review subcontractor invoices, owner billings, and job cost entries Qualifications Proficiency with Procore & Sage Intacct is a plus Construction Experience/knowledge AIA Contract reading Understands different types of billing methods Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
