1 week ago Be among the first 25 applicants Senior Accountant | Real Estate | Northern NJ A fast-growing real estate investment firm is seeking a Senior Accountant to take ownership of property-level financials and play a key role in day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role with visibility into reporting, lender compliance, and budgeting—ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment. You’ll join a collaborative accounting team and help drive process improvements as the company prepares for its next phase of growth. Why This Role? Own the books for a portfolio of real estate assets across the U.S. Join a well-capitalized, fast-scaling business with a strong operational focus Work cross-functionally and see the direct impact of your contributions What You’ll Do: Lead month-end close for a portfolio of properties Prepare lender reports and assist with compliance tracking Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Handle reconciliations, vendor payments, and cash activity Assist with process improvements and internal reporting initiatives What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of accounting experience; real estate experience strongly preferred Public accounting background or public/private mix welcomed Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
