Group Home Program Supervisor Pay Rate: $23.46 Location: Waterford Works NJ 08089 Full Time About the Role We are seeking a Group Home Program Supervisor to oversee a team of caregivers and ensure high-quality support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in administrative duties, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals in the program. Provide direct support to individuals, including assistance with daily activities, medication administration, and personal care. Balance direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision duties. Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. At least one year of related work experience. Must be 18 years of age or older. Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance. Other licensure or certification required by regulatory authority. Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and those served.
