Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour, with a possible increase to $18.00/hour after 90 days

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Job Description

We are seeking dependable and motivated Material Handlers to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for moving materials throughout the production process, feeding machines, packaging finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Feed production machines with materials to maintain workflow
• Package finished products according to company standards
• Perform quality checks and audits on finished products
• Assist with machine operation and production line activities
• Support assembly and packaging functions as needed
• Cross-train on multiple production roles to assist wherever needed
• Use basic hand tools and mechanical aptitude to support operations

Required Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience
• Material handling experience
• Basic machine operation knowledge
• Strong math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical work throughout a 10-hour shift

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
