Position OEM Sales Coordinator Summary The OEM Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing sales support to the OEM Department and working with external OEM customers and vendors to develop and expand the department. Essential Duties Decipher drawings of products to be manufactured by customers and make recommendations for products needed. Prepare forecasts and quotations for customers and suppliers. Inventory control and issuing internal stock orders. Prepare PL sheets and register new products. Coordinate delivery dates and shipments with customers and suppliers. Grow relationships with existing customers and vendors and develop new ones through meetings and facility visits. Meeting customer needs by assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs and finding workable solutions through the products and services we offer. Responsible for representing company’s products and services to customers. Increase sales with existing customers to improve their lifetime value, and expand our customer base. Engaging with customers at the management level to understand their business challenges. Meeting quarterly and annual sales revenue by working with the OEM Department Coordinators and Manager. Plans and directs flow of air and surface traffic moving from overseas destinations. Order Processing for all OEM accounts, domestic and international. Provide analytic, inventory and forecast support for above accounts. Maintain necessary EDI records for customers. Prepare quotations for customer inquiries. Other duties as assigned. Working Hours, Working Style 8:00-16:30 Location Schaumburg, IL Salary / Benefit 70k-120K 401K, Medical Health, Dental & Vision Holidays Saturday Sunday Holiday Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Supply Chain is preferred, or equal amount of education and experience. Minimum of 3-5 years related experience in OEM Sales. Japanese speaking preferred, but not required. Ability to coordinate and manage multiple priorities and responsibilities. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with high level of accuracy in communication.
