Specialty Representative, Dermatology - Fayetteville, NC

Field-based specialty sales role focused on dermatology products in Eastern North Carolina. The representative will execute brand strategy, manage territory accounts, build customer relationships, and drive sales performance while maintaining compliance with healthcare industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy and meet sales performance targets, KPIs, and financial objectives in assigned territory
• Develop and execute call plans with SMART objectives and post-call evaluations to optimize coverage and sales opportunities
• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships by proactively addressing customer needs and solving business challenges
• Gather and share market intelligence on competitors, disease state, customers, and market dynamics with internal teams
• Identify and develop disease state experts and physician advocates to differentiate brand value proposition

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business; or 5+ years industry experience with 3+ years pharmaceutical/healthcare
• Proven track record in sales with strong presentation and objection-handling skills
• Ability to influence others and build collaborative partnerships across teams
• In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and safe driving requirements
• Satisfaction of all applicable healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements
• Strong business acumen with strategic and critical thinking capabilities
