Sales Manager – Hemp Industry Manufacturing Are you a sales leader who knows how to build teams, drive revenue, and develop relationships with some of the biggest brands in the hemp industry? As demand continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales organization, develop new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with key manufacturing, distribution, and brand partners. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at the center of the hemp industry supply chain and play a major role in driving its next phase of growth. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts Build and strengthen relationships with major hemp, wellness, CPG, and alternative product brands Develop strategic partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, and private label customers Establish clear KPIs, accountability standards, and performance metrics for the sales team Work closely with executive leadership on forecasting, market expansion, and growth initiatives Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales talent Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities What We're Looking For: Must have a proven track record of hiring, managing, coaching and leading a sales team Proven success leading a high success B2B product or CPG sales team A proven Sales Management Leader with objective results records. Experience in hemp, cannabis, nutraceutical, ingredient manufacturing, contract manufacturing, CPG, beverage, or related industries preferred Strong track record of growing revenue through strategic account development Experience selling to brands, manufacturers, distributors, or large-scale commercial customers Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills Strong CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management experience Eterna Management manufactures innovative hemp-derived products and ingredients for many of the leading brands in the industry.
