Hope Builders Career Connections (HBCC) is looking for a Sales Account Manager to help drive growth and empower young adults to build brighter futures! As a Sales Account Manager, you’ll own the entire sales cycle - from the first call through closing and long-term account management. You’ll be the connector between our services and the healthcare or construction partners who need them most. Day-to-Day as a Sales Account Manager: Prospect & Engage: Reach new clients through calls, emails, and networking. Build Partnerships: Develop lasting relationships with healthcare and construction partners. Lead the Process: Confidently manage the entire sales cycle, from first contact to closing. Grow Accounts: Ensure client satisfaction while expanding long-term partnerships. Team Up: Collaborate with a motivated, high-energy team to drive winning strategies. Are self-motivated, proactive, and eager to hit (and exceed) goals. Can thrive in a remote role while remaining within one hour of Orange County. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
