Pediatrics opening in Portsmouth, OH - Visa EligibleLocated in Portsmouth, OH - Cincinnati 100m; Columbus 90m; Lexington, KY 95mFull-time; EmployedSeeking BC/BEH1B Visa Assistance Overview: Join a well-established pediatric team with seven physicians and nine APPs Flexible scheduling with options for (5) 8-hour shifts, (4) 10-hour shifts, or (3) 12-hour shifts Office hours Sunday-Friday, 8am-8pm Shared nursery rounding and call coverage among providers Average patient volume of 25 patients per day Perform outpatient procedures including wart removal, casting, ear irrigation, ingrown toenail treatment, I&D, and cryotherapy Nursery responsibilities include newborn resuscitation, attendance at higher-risk deliveries, airway management, umbilical line placement, and stabilization prior to transfer Close collaboration with nationally recognized pediatric subspecialists Monthly educational opportunities and specialty outreach programs Teaching opportunities with medical students, residents, and advanced practice trainees--- Comp/Benefits: Competitive base salary with two-year contract Bonus incentives up to 10% of salary Sign-on bonus up to $100,000 Medical education loan repayment up to $200,000 Residency stipend up to $25,000 29 days PTO plus additional incentive PTO Five CME days with up to $5,000 annual allowance Relocation assistance up to $10,000 Malpractice coverage Health insurance 403(b) retirement plan with employer match 457(b) deferred compensation plan--- Group/Facility Info: Hospital-employed position Team includes physicians, APPs, nursing staff, and dedicated office support On-site laboratory services and point-of-care testing capabilities 248-bed regional medical center serving more than 250,000 residents Nonprofit health system with over 3,000 employees and 300+ medical staff members Strong academic environment with teaching opportunities* Collaborative multidisciplinary network with extensive specialty support-- About the Area:Portsmouth sits along the Ohio River in southern Ohio and offers a low cost of living with easy access to Cincinnati, Columbus, Lexington, and Huntington.
