Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals and foster professional growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients.
• Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, including forecasts and performance metrics.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues effectively.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

• 10 years of experience as Commercial Director is a MUST.
• Previous experience as BU Director, Marketing or General Management roles.
• Experience in billing environments with a minimum annual revenue +100M USD.
  
• Strong skills in strategic planning and business development.
• Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in analysing market data and sales metrics.
• Experience in managing relationships with large, high-value clients.
