This role is with a large organisation within the packaging industry. The company operates on a global scale, but focus on large local clients on the Mexican market providing high-quality innovative products with the highest service standards level services.
Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve performance goals and foster professional growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, including forecasts and performance metrics.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues effectively.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
- 10 years of experience as Commercial Director is a MUST.
- Previous experience as BU Director, Marketing or General Management roles.
- Experience in billing environments with a minimum annual revenue +100M USD.
- Strong skills in strategic planning and business development.
- Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in analysing market data and sales metrics.
- Experience in managing relationships with large, high-value clients.
