*eligibility requirements

Required competencies:

At least 3 years of experience managing employees in the restaurant industry.
Preferably 1 year experience working at a quick service restaurant (QSR) in a management position.
1 year of interviewing and determining hiring decisions.
1 year of scheduling experience.
2 years of inventory and truck ordering experience.
5 years of cash handling experience.
5 years of customer service experience.
1 year of managing food and labor costs/metrics.
Required availability from as early as 4AM to 10PM.
Active ServSafe Certification preferred.
At least 18 years of age.
High school Diploma/Equivalency.
Valid Driver's License.

General Managers develop a team of dedicated people delivering great guest experiences and profitable top line sales. They are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant according to Dunkin' Donuts standards.

Required competencies:

A leader and role model for the employees
Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience preferred
Top-notch customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent leadership skills
Must submit to a background check
