Data Analyst Internship Not-remote. Part-Time. Hourly Pay. Fort Worth, TX. Job Summary West Fort Worth Management (WFWM) is recruiting Data Analyst Interns to join our team. This internship is part of WFWM’s broader mission to train and equip the next generation of conservative leaders in political consulting, campaign analytics, and data-driven strategy. As a Data Analyst Intern, you’ll play a key role in turning complex datasets into actionable insights — driving decision-making across political, marketing, and business initiatives. You’ll analyze voter and supporter data, campaign performance metrics, and marketing funnels, helping optimize strategies that directly impact campaign and organizational success. Responsibilities Conduct data analysis across political, marketing, and business operations to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar tools to visualize KPIs and performance. Analyze marketing funnel metrics , such as lead conversion, audience engagement, and digital ad performance. Collaborate with teams to translate data into strategy — informing campaign, fundraising, and communications efforts. Clean, organize, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity . Optional: Contribute to automation and workflow improvements for reporting and analytics processes. Qualifications Current college/university students or recent graduates (Data Analytics, Political Science, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field preferred). Strong commitment to Christian conservative values and mission-driven work. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with numbers and data-driven insights. Proficiency in Excel , Google Sheets , and familiarity with Power BI , Tableau , or similar BI tools. Understanding of political data, voter files, or digital campaign analytics (a plus). Detail-oriented, resourceful, and eager to apply analytics to real-world political and marketing challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
