- Must be willing to drive to Dallas/Lewisville daily.
- Driven to succeed: competitive, motivated, and ready to put in the work to build a rewarding sales career.
- People person: confident approaching homeowners, starting conversations, and building trust face-to-face.
- Ready to hit the ground running: comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Reliable & mobile: valid driver's license and a pickup truck, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days.
- Coachability: willing to learn, take feedback, and follow a proven sales process.
What You'll Get

What You'll Do
- Build your pipeline: visit neighborhoods, knock doors, and create conversations with homeowners.
- Find opportunities: look for potential storm and hail damage and help homeowners understand what you discover.
- Educate homeowners: explain roofing options, the restoration process, and what they can expect from start to finish.
- Be the homeowner's advocate: help customers navigate the insurance claim process and keep their project moving.
- Close & build relationships: turn qualified opportunities into completed projects while delivering a great customer experience.
