Maintenance Technician

Industrial Maintenance & Electrical Technician – Manpower Our client, a leading supplier of flooring underlayment and carpet cushions, is hiring Maintenance Technicians to join their team. As an industrial maintenance technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, emergency/breakdown maintenance, and following all safety rules, policies and practices. Our ideal candidate has previous experience in an industrial setting, mechanical and electrical abilities, and a positive attitude that aligns successfully with the organization. Location: Cape Girardeau, Missouri Pay Rate Range: $27–$31/hr DOE Shift: Monday–Thursday 2:30 am – 10:30 am and Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Job Responsibilities Repair industrial equipment, including replacement of parts for pumping equipment. Analyze equipment and machinery malfunctions, determine appropriate procedures and perform repairs. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain machinery and electrical systems. Perform preventative maintenance functions. Execute plant start‑up and shut‑down procedures. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; additional training and education desired. 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with 480 V, three‑phase electrical systems preferred. Ability to read, interpret, and develop hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical drawings.
