Key Responsibilities Establish trusting and constructive relationships with clients through active listening and empathy. Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and determine appropriate treatment modalities. Create personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and therapeutic needs, adjusting methods as progress is assessed. Lead therapy sessions for individuals and groups, providing interventions that encourage personal growth and emotional healing. Continuously evaluate and document patient progress, ensuring that any changes in treatment strategy are justified and client-focused. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and refer clients to specialized services to address their comprehensive needs. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards throughout all interactions and documentation. Patient Population / Client Focus Our patient population includes individuals and families from diverse backgrounds dealing with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. We are particularly passionate about serving underserved communities, offering culturally competent care that respects the uniqueness of each client’s journey. Qualifications Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required. A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is mandatory. Experience providing both individual and group therapy sessions in a clinical or outpatient setting. Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills to effectively manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities. Preferred Experience Experience with online therapeutic methodologies is preferred, showing familiarity with telehealth platforms and practices. Previous exposure to culturally sensitive therapy approaches will be an asset. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
