- Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Java Backend Development and Full Stack Development (React).
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Experience with IBM WebSphere and Java Middleware.
- Familiarity with Openshift for containerization.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with a team of 14 full-stack developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Engage in multiple calls and collaborative efforts to ensure project alignment and success.
- Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of applications in a hybrid cloud environment.
