Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an outstanding vehicle purchasing experience from start to finish.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles that best fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Present vehicle features, technology, financing options, warranties, and dealership promotions.
• Maintain product knowledge on current Kia models, incentives, and market trends.
• Generate repeat and referral business through outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with management and finance teams to complete vehicle sales efficiently.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of automotive sales experience required
• Previous dealership sales experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work flexible dealership hours, including evenings and weekends
