The Hotel General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring financial success, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding our mission, vision, and values. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive, self-starting individual with 24/7 availability to ensure excellence across all departments. Compensation:

$75,000 - $82,000 yearly

• Perform administrative duties, such as payroll, bank deposits, and completing operational checklists.
• Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork.
• Conduct daily check-ins with department teams and lead training meetings to uphold service standards.
• Oversee daily operations, including room bookings, event planning, and maintenance.
• Manage budgets, maximize revenue, and maintain financial and statistical records.
• Be present on property during shift changes to communicate priorities and support the team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.

• Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to read, write, analyze, and interpret business correspondence, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced education in hospitality preferred.
