As a Release Train Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Cybersecurity Data Science Product Department supporting cross‑functional teams involved in cybersecurity initiatives. Job Title: Release Train Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC (preferred), Chandler AZ or Dallas TX Pay Range: 80/hr What's the Job? Plan and coordinate product releases across multiple teams and platforms to ensure seamless delivery. Drive cross‑functional collaboration, manage dependencies, and remove impediments to maintain project momentum. Act as a delivery leader, guiding teams through Agile and modern delivery practices. Facilitate communication between stakeholders, internal partners, and team members to align goals and expectations. Support enterprise SDLC processes and ensure compliance with change management standards. What's Needed? Proven experience in leading large‑scale product planning and delivery in a complex environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and release management practices.
