Key Responsibilities As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch while driving sales growth, operational efficiency, and employee development to support long-term business success. Sales & Business Development Drive branch profitability and achieve sales growth targets across all business areas. Support the expansion of market share by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening customer relationships. Monitor competitive activity and market trends while providing strategic feedback on future opportunities and business risks. Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high levels of customer service. Manage branch assets and ensure operational goals are aligned with company objectives. Work closely with the Director of Credit Services to manage branch account receivables and support sound financial performance. Leadership & Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop branch employees to build a motivated, high-performing team environment. Foster a culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and long-term success for employees, customers, and the organization. Provide coaching and support to employees while promoting professional growth and operational excellence. Customer & Product Support Maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring consistent service quality and operational reliability. Leverage industry and product support knowledge to support departmental operations and customer satisfaction initiatives. Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate: Education & Experience: Relevant post-secondary education is considered an asset. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry. 3–5 years of experience in a progressively responsible management role. Proven background in product support and departmental operations. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of branch operations, asset management, and sales performance metrics. Experience managing receivables and supporting financial performance objectives. Knowledge of heavy equipment products, services, and operational processes. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative leadership style. Results-driven mindset with a commitment to operational excellence and customer success. Strong work ethic with a dedication to continuous improvement and high performance.
