To provide the highest level of hospitality by enhancing the experience our restaurant patrons receive on a consistent basis through positive engagement, and successful follow-through while exemplifying a "Go-Giver" attitude with the determination to learn, and grow your knowledge and expertise of the hospitality industry in a fun, fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining environment
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high volume environment
Intermediate to advanced knowledge, and comprehension on beer, wine, and spirits preferred
ServSafe Certification preferred
Reliable and responsible
Must have flexibility and availability to work a combination of am, pm, and weekend shifts
Team player
Task oriented
College students are welcome
Bartending experience required

The Lazy Goat is a Mediterranean-themed restaurant in Greenville's West End that offers a menu featuring global influences from Spain, Morocco, Italy, France, Greece, Africa and the Middle East.

The culinary team is known for a "made from scratch" approach to cooking. Our menu was created to accommodate a variety of diner preferences with meat and cheese plates, small plates to "graze and nibble," and main dishes.

The epitome of social dining-dining that is designed around taking your time and sharing great food and stories-The Lazy Goat was designed with a relaxed atmosphere in mind. Guests can enjoy house made drinks in the dining room overlooking the Reedy River, at the bar or on the patio. A private dining room is also available for parties as large as 115 people.

With an open kitchen, cozy platform bars, late night service and communal tables, The Lazy Goat invites guests to slow down, treat their taste buds, and take the time to truly enjoy the food, company and conversation.

It all began in 1997, with the opening of the now Greenville dining staple, Soby's New South Cuisine. Table 301 is now Soby's, The Lazy Goat, NOSE DIVE, Southern Pressed Juicery, Highway 301 Food Truck, CAMP Restaurant, and Table 301 Catering & Kitchen.
