Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist is dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care that empowers individuals to improve mobility, strength, and overall function. This role involves assessing physical impairments, developing personalized care plans, and employing evidence-based techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and pain management modalities. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED, Vocational/Technical School/Diploma, Associate's degree, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Other: Doctoral Degree. REQUIRED LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION: State of Florida Physical Therapist License, Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one (1) year direct patient experience.
