Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of outpatient physical therapy treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical functions, as well as social and mental function goals when applicable.
- Serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups, coordinating care with other professionals.
- Perform initial evaluations, develop and implement plans of care, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Apply a range of PT interventions (therapeutic exercises, gait training, manual therapy, modalities) and provide patient and caregiver education to support home exercise programs.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in medical records, adhering to policy, regulatory, and facility standards.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members to establish goals, set expectations, and ensure continuity of care.

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the United States; state licensure required for practice (California licensure preferred for this assignment).
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
- Outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred.
- Ability to work four 10-hour days per week in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary clinical environment.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate with a diverse care team.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
