*Overview* We are seeking a customer-focused *Member Services Representative (Teller)* to join our Comstock Park branch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and delivers accurate, detail-oriented financial services.
As a front-line representative, you will play a key role in creating a positive branch experience while supporting daily operations and customer needs.
*Key Responsibilities* *Customer Service & Support*
* Provide friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service
* Assist customers with account questions, concerns, and transaction requests
* Educate customers on available financial products and services
* Deliver a high level of service and build strong customer relationships
*Transaction Processing*
* Accurately process:
* Deposits and withdrawals
* Check cashing
* Credit card advances
* Money orders and cashier's checks

* Maintain and balance a cash drawer with a high level of accuracy
* Utilize internal banking systems (e.g., CBX or similar)
*Branch Operations*
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
* Support daily branch operations and administrative tasks
* Assist nearby branches when additional coverage is needed
* Participate in community engagement initiatives
*Qualifications* *Required*
* 1-3 years of customer service experience (in-person preferred)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Basic math and cash-handling aptitude
* Proficiency with computers and office systems
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Reliable attendance and consistent work history

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
