Job Description Job Title: Machine Operator I Location: Mebane, NC Pay Rate: $19.50/hr Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Duration: Contract (12 Months) Job Overview We are hiring a Machine Operator I to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating equipment, performing basic production tasks, and ensuring quality and compliance with standard procedures. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery Perform routine production tasks including filling, assembling, labeling, and packaging Conduct basic quality inspections and identify defects Maintain accurate production logs and documentation Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), GMP, and safety guidelines Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1–2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and follow instructions and specifications Basic math and communication skills Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand for long periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work flexible hours if needed Preferred Skills Experience in GMP/FDA/ISO-regulated environment Prior experience in production, packaging, or assembly Strong attention to detail Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
