Job Description JOB DETAILS Pay Rate: $16.00 - $16.30 per hour Work Schedule: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm - Monday - Friday Mueller is now part of the Cornerstone Building Brands family, strengthening our commitment to serving our communities where we live, work, and play with quality and innovative metal building solutions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide customer responsive and efficient manufacturing support activities Complete work assignments and customer orders safely, accurately, timely and without damage Perform routine preventive maintenance and daily equipment inspections. Assist co-workers and customers Quality and Safety Inspect materials, products, machinery, tools and equipment Assist with inventory management activities including daily updates to the ERP system Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company safety policies. Assist in the movement of inventory within and among workstations and areas Assist with inventory control and material tracking when necessary. Comply with all safety requirements and use applicable personal protective equipment Follow all OSHA, company safety, and quality procedures at all times. Qualifications Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age High school diploma or GED required Verifiable Dependability and Energetic Requires experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and nail guns Able to read a tape measure and other measuring devices A combination of education and experience may be qualifying Ability to lift up to 25pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist Must be able to become certified to operate a forklift vehicle and overhead crane Flexible with working overtime and weekends when needed Additional Information Site Address:6914 Hwy 2,Oak Grove, LA 71263 This is a position with the potential overtime. The shifts are 8 hours, 10 hours, and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year. Must be able to work O/T and weekends on short notice.
