Minimum Requirements:
- Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Illinois state license or ability to obtain Illinois PTA license prior to start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Ability to work day shift schedule.
