Within our Management Consulting practice, you will analyze client needs, design customer journey maps, and provide guidance to create seamless and personalized experiences that foster customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.Responsibilities- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience- Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences- Leading teams in strategic planning and execution of customer-related initiatives- Utilizing customer data management and analytics to drive business growth- Managing sales strategy workstreams and aligning them with client expectations- Developing and implementing customer engagement strategies to boost loyalty and advocacy- Overseeing the deployment of customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing results for improvement- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders- Upholding professional and technical standards while maintaining integrity and authenticityWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 5 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications- Demonstrating proficiency in Customer Experience (CX) Strategy and Design- Utilizing analytical thinking for Customer Journey Analysis and Segmentation- Embracing change and innovation in Sales Strategy Consulting- Managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems effectively- Excelling in coaching and feedback to enhance team performance- Leveraging strategic questioning to drive business process improvementTravel RequirementsUp to 60%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
