Medical Secretary

Aaron Manor is looking for a Full-Time, (flexibale with hours 32 to 40 hours per week) Medical Records Secretary in our family-operated nursing home in Fairport, NY. Job Summary: Provides indirect resident care in the facility. Meets the communication needs of the resident, family, and staff.


Job Duties:

• Scheduling and following up on resident appointments.
• Knowledge of Medical Record Terminology.

Regulatory Requirements:
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to work with residents/family and physicians in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.

Language Skills:
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge.
