You must be a great communicator and work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. You will work hard but have a great time doing it. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items to Applebee's quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with colleagues and dining room staff. Physical Standards Remain stationary and exert mobility for up to four (4) hours in length. Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Work frequently in a hot and damp environment. Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. Possess finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment. Wear protective hand coverings throughout the shift. Work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift. Wear face coverings and/or masks throughout the shift. Frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap throughout the shift. Compensation & Benefits Competitive wages: $15 to $20 per hour. Daily Pay* (not available in California). Flexible work schedules.
