Customer Experience Manager

$20 - $25 per hour

City Auto Murfreesboro is hiring a Customer Experience Manager for our innovative Mitsubishi boutique located inside Tanger Outlets Nashville in Antioch, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a customer-focused team in a modern retail environment designed around education, engagement, and exceptional service rather than traditional automotive sales. Compensation & Perks We’re looking for a leader who can inspire both customers and team members while helping drive the success of our showroom. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20‑$25 per hour , depending on experience, along with performance‑based bonus opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with a generous 4% company match 120 hours of PTO after only 90 days Company‑provided uniforms Gym membership Employee discounts on vehicles and services Team events, Spartan Races, summer cookouts, holiday celebrations, and employee appreciation activities Lead the Showroom Experience As our Customer Experience Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations of the Mitsubishi boutique while ensuring every guest receives a welcoming, informative, and engaging experience. You’ll provide leadership and coaching to showroom staff, maintain high presentation standards, monitor customer interactions, coordinate scheduling, and help drive appointment generation and showroom performance. This role combines leadership, customer service, retail operations, and team development in a unique automotive retail setting. Key Responsibilities Lead daily showroom operations and customer experience initiatives Coach and support Product Specialists and showroom team members Monitor customer interactions to ensure exceptional service standards Assist with scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination Help drive qualified dealership test‑drive appointments Maintain visual merchandising and showroom presentation standards Address customer concerns and resolve issues professionally Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture focused on engagement and accountability What We Need From You We’re seeking a leader who can motivate a team while creating a first‑class customer experience. To be successful in this role, you’ll bring: Previous leadership, team lead, supervisor, or management experience Strong coaching, mentoring, and employee development skills Ability to motivate team members and create a positive work environment Strong organizational and time‑management skills Confidence leading customer‑facing operations in a retail setting Professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail Comfort using performance metrics to drive results Schedule & Availability This position follows a retail schedule with operating hours Monday through Sunday. Candidates should be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other peak traffic periods as needed to support showroom operations and team success.
