Human Resources Manager
WorldBridge Partners Chicago NW
We are partnering with a global manufacturing leader to identify an experienced HR Manager to serve on the Site Leadership Team supporting two facilities. This role will align HR strategy with business objectives while leading labor and employee relations (including union engagement), talent development, recruiting, and HR process improvement. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree required (HR preferred); SHRM a plus 7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing Prior plant HR leadership and union workforce experience strongly preferred HRIS/analytics experience (Workday a plus) Ability to influence leaders and operate effectively in a matrixed environment What’s In It for You This role offers strong visibility and the opportunity to shape workforce strategy and culture while partnering closely with operations leadership.
