No prior mortgage experience is required the training is on us!

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish B2B partnerships with new clients
• Collaborate with the team to proactively move warm leads through the sales cycle
• Learn and apply effective relationship-building strategies
• Develop your skills and expertise in B2B sales by contributing to our team goals

Working Conditions:

• This is a full-time office-based position in a modern comfortable environment.
• Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to learning.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
• Recent graduate (preferred) or 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Associate's degree (required)
