Forklift Operator

We are looking for skilled, safety-focused Forklift Operators to support our fast - moving Packline and Mill teams. This role is critical to keeping materials flowing efficiently, orders moving on time, and our production teams set up for success. Learn more about what we do: What You'll Do As a Forklift Operator you'll play a key role in keeping our facility running smoothly. You'll be responsible for safely moving materials. You Will Safely operate forklifts to move and stage materials Perform daily forklift inspections and complete required documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow safety procedures and support a culture of accountability Assist with manual material handling and lifting (up to 50 lbs) This is a high-energy, hands - on role that's perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and keeping operations working. What We’re Looking For Reliable – strong attendance and dependability are essential Safety – minded with strong awareness of surroundings Comfortable working in a fast – paced warehouse environment Able to work independently while supporting team goals Experienced operating forklifts or willing to train and get certified Detail – oriented when checking shipments and inventory Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movement Equipped with steel / composite toe footwear (required) Pay & Schedule $16.50 - $18.00 depending on experience 6:00a – 4:30p Monday – Friday Primary Responsibilities Loads and Unloads inbound and outbound trucks. Ensures inbound material is tagged, labeled, and stored properly in yard. Breaks packs into correct size and labels material before loading onto trucks. Completes pre shift/start up equipment inspection. Ensures yard and warehouse are organized and clean. Empties trash and wood hoppers. Follows forklift safety rules as described by company policy.
