Paralegal Ready to Hit the Ground Running? Cape Fear Family Law is hiring a Paralegal to join our Wilmington, North Carolina office. We are looking for someone who is organized, resourceful, dependable, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced legal environment. This role is ideal for a paralegal who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and supporting attorneys handling cases across different counties. What You’ll Do Support multiple attorneys with cases in different counties Organize and maintain case files, deadlines, and legal documents Draft pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents Assist with court filings and hearing preparation Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and opposing counsel Research information and find answers when questions arise Manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Help provide an excellent experience for our clients What We’re Looking For A paralegal certificate, bachelor’s degree, or at least two years of experience in a similar legal role One to two years of paralegal or legal support experience preferred Familiarity with family law procedures Proficiency with legal technology and office software Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent problem-solving and research abilities Ability to multitask and support different attorneys across multiple counties Confidence taking initiative and finding solutions independently Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in our Wilmington office Compensation $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cape Fear Family Law
