Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. In this role, you will support a welcoming environment through strong communication, teamwork, and integrity while bringing an agile, reliable, and people-first approach to every shift. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $23.19 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Sat04:00 PM - 08:00 PM Sun04:00 PM - 08:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related issues. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor access procedures in accordance with site protocols and financial institution expectations. Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts, providing directions and assistance, and helping to address security-related concerns in a professional manner. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
