Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.19 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines. Support day‑to‑day operations by assisting with visitor processing, answering routine questions, and following post orders related to security‑related procedures and incident reporting. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
