Fiber Extrusion Operator
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour + Shift Differential (for hours worked after 5:00 PM)
Schedule: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM | 12-Hour Rotating Schedule

Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor fiber extrusion equipment.
- Inspect products and perform in-process quality checks.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major concerns.
- Complete production and quality documentation.
- Clean equipment and maintain an organized work area.
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English (walkie-talkie communication required).
- Mechanical aptitude and experience operating manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic computer and math skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
