Role Description The Client Services Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Millbury, MA, supporting advisors and clients in daily operations. This position handles client inquiries, schedules appointments, prepares and processes account paperwork, and maintains accurate client records. The role involves managing phone and email communication, greeting clients in the office, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. The Client Services Associate coordinates with advisors and back-office partners to resolve service issues, track follow-ups, and support the delivery of financial plans and reports. The role also includes basic administrative tasks, document management, and adherence to compliance procedures and firm policies. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building positive, professional relationships. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening. Candidates should possess Customer Support skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely follow-up. Candidates should possess foundational Finance knowledge or interest in financial services, with the ability to learn firm processes and products. Relevant qualifications include prior experience in a client-facing or administrative role, proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems), strong attention to detail, and organizational skills. A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
