Work Environment & Schedule

• First Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• Overtime available depending on workload
• Fastpaced, teamdriven fabrication shop
• Clean, modern facility

Job Description:

• Perform TIG welding on stainlesssteel components with precision and consistency
• Interpret engineering blueprints and welding symbols to complete fabrication work to spec
• Measure and prep materials using tape measures, layout tools, and cutting equipment
• Support metal prep through cutting, grinding, and preparing materials for fabrication
• Operate fabrication tools including grinders, saws, brake presses, and related shop equipment
• Inspect welds and assemblies to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project requirements
• Collaborate with shop teammates to maintain workflow and meet production deadlines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following all shop safety procedures

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of TIG welding experience in a professional setting
• Handson experience welding stainless steel
• Ability to confidently read a tape measure
• Proficiency reading blueprints and welding symbols
• Experience using welding equipment and fabrication tools (grinders, saws, brake presses)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
