- Set up, operate, and maintain welding and trade-specific equipment for optimal performance.
- Interpret work orders, blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings to determine requirements and specifications.
- Select appropriate machinery, materials, and operational sequences based on project needs.
- Perform welding and inspection tasks to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Use precision measurement tools to maintain proper dimensions and alignment.
- 2+ years of welding and metal processing experience (FCAW, MIG)
- Ability to pass 3g FCAW weld test
- Performs basic welding tasks under supervision
- Reads simple blueprints and weld symbols
- Performs basic equipment maintenance
- Demonstrates foundational math and safety knowledge
